How do I add additional user to GåvaEL? |

The User Administration tab of the Reports & Administration Dialog allows you to add and edit users of the Gåva system. You must have sufficient Access Priviledges to access this section of the program.
To edit a user record, click anywhere in user's row in the list at the top of the dialog. The fields at the bottom will automatically be populated with the user's information, and you can make any required changes. You may click on a different row of the table to continue editing records for other users, or click the Cancel Changes button to keep the original values.
To add a new user, click the Add New button. The Add New button will change to Insert. Fill in the user's information and check any required Access Privileges. Click the Insert button to add the new user.
When you have finished adding/editing users, click the OK button to save your changes.
Fields:
First Name
Last Name Enter the appropriate information here for each user. Having first and last names on file will help you identify users in dialogs and reports.
Employee ID This field is optional, and should be used for your company's Employee ID.
Username The Username is required, and must be unique within a store. The Username (along with the Password) becomes part of the unique information each user will need to provide in order to access the Gåva software.
Password To set or change the user's Password, enter it in both of the Password.boxes. The passwords must match or you will be required to re-enter them.
Access Privileges allow you to set the level of access the user will have to different areas of the Gåva system. See Access Privileges for a detailed description of each privilege. |
